We bought this because we have young kids that love to get dirt and grime all over, especially in their play room. It's not as easy as we had hoped to use. it definitely cleans the floor though. It is pretty much pull out of the box and get to cleaning. I think I had a more difficult time because some of the direct was really into the carpet. You put in the cleaning solution and water and go.

I got this steamer for the carpet cleaning of my house. My little kids keep spilling one or another thing which makes marks on the carpet. This steamer was really helpful for the cleaning. It has a good water capacity and I didn’t have to refill for cleaning my whole house. Cable size is good too. Steam speed is fast and only thing which you need to make sure that wait for 10min so that water is properly heated.

I have looked high and low for a steam cleaner that works on carpet! As I feel my carpet cleaner does not do justice! This thing is GREAT! Use it as the directs state, with caution as directed! I was told about this from a tow truck diver that he used it to sterilize his truck and car after use during the Coronavirus times. So I got one to sterilize my car and the office where I work and its great it runs on a tank for about 45mins. And away I go no germs can stand the extreme heat just don't put your hand in front of the steam will burn you for sure. I make my slow pass with the wand and I be cookin everything in its path was a good buy just love it. Just keep in mind its like a hot car radiator when you need to refill wait about 20 to 30 mins for it to cool down.

This is a Time saver multiple purpose streamer. It arrived on time and works as advertised, great. We upgraded our living rooms to hardwood floor, this steamer works great on it. Incredibly stunned by the quality of cleaning this machine does. I purchased this to remove stains from a heavily used sectional, pet stains, odor and normal wear and tear. The instructions were easy to follow from set up, and use start to finish. It came with a small bottle of professional cleaning solution to be added into the water. It was able to penetrate the stains, remove them, and leave a fresh smell. The machine itself is relatively light weight which made it easy to move from one spot to another. Other reviews mention problems with the hose, I cannot comment on that since I just received it and this was it's first use. All I can say is for the money it did a great job. For the price of having a company shampoo my furniture, I bought a spot clean stain remover which I am very much so impressed with. The job it did and the multiple uses it will provide within my home made it wdll worth the money.

We found this handy for more than getting rid of pesky biting insects, but also for cleaning and sanitizing! All parts came with the machine as shown and works great. We've had it for a month or so now and we have used it constantly. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!Also, this is very effective against bed bugs!!! It kills them but you must be diligent in pressure steaming the rest of your rooms where you have had them. Their eggs can live several months without a host to feed on. Also, use two forms to fight them instead of just one. We used Diotemacious Earth Food Grade and this steamer. We've nearly eradicated them and pray we never have them things ever again.
