It's it easy to assemble. I did it my self in 30 minutes and I'm 68 years old. The perfect equipment to exercise in private after 6 months in quarantine

Does that job! Only wish it had a pause button, wider water holder and that it inclined. But, other than that... I love it!

Because shelter in place I want my very different son 9 (loves running) and daughter 7 (hates running) get their custom workout at home without one kid dragging another annoyed kid behind. Great product for the cost! Directions were pretty small print and bolts not labeled, so that took the longest to figure out. Others easy to use and my cross country runner loves it!!

A very good treadmill for use in apartment. I dont run on it coz I worry that it might make too much noise although I think its pretty quiet. Customer service is excellent and deserves 5 star....
